About The Artist:

Char was raised in the rural central valley where there is little to nothing to do, lack of resources and services, no public transportation, and no real access to internet. char's family is a field working family and therefore char spent a lot of time home alone with siblings that resulted in them picking up multiple cheap and easily accessible mediums of expression that also worked as coping tools. At this time a mere pencil and paper helped them navigate systemic and societal oppression they didn't fully comprehend at that time. They hope to use this form of expression to continue their own healing work, reflect their thoughts and experiences as an undocuqueer nb person, and continue to fight for ALL people's liberation.
