How long is shipping?
We ship Mondays - Saturdays. Order typically take 2-3 buisness days to ship but they can sometimes take 2 weeks to process and can take up to 1- 5 days to arrive depending on location. Most orders are shipped with tracking which allows you to follow where you package is! (:


Do you ship internationally? 
Yes! Our checkout shipping options include shipping to all countries! Add items to cart to see your shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Customers have 3 days to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at BarrioDriveCo@Gmail.Com to correct the issue. We cannot help you if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear. 

What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer exchanges , but we're happy to process a new order and/or issue you a refund for T shirts and Sweaters. Once the order is returned back to us in new and unused condition.

If you would like a refund, you can return the item back to us and after inspection we will issue you a refund. All returns must be returned in new and unused condition. If items are returned used, damaged, or dirty, they will be denied and returned back to you.  Returns must be sent back within a 7 day period of return label being issued or they will be returned back to you.

You can either place a new order for the items you'd like once the refund is processed or you can issue a new order at your earliest convenience. 

Please note that the cost of the return label and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for this service.

If you decide to issue a new order, we will ship the shirt as soon as we possibly can. You still have the option to return the order for a refund but you wouldn't have to wait as long or run the chance of us selling out(:

  • $10.00 flat rate return shipping

  • 10% restocking fee

  • Only T-shirts and sweaters can be returned. 

What happens if my package is returned to you?

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information, please make sure your address is correct before placing an order.

If a package is returned to us you are responsible to contact us at BarrioDriveCo@gmail.com, within 7 days.

If your package is returned to us and you would like a refund please email us to BarrioDriveCo@Gmail.Com with your order number within 7 daysItems must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Return/Shipping costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

What happens if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
