Constantly Unlearning Bucket Hat

Learning new things is very important, but we don't often hear the importance of unlearning. Unlearning is the art of getting rid of something that we had learned earlier. To be able to unlearn we need to be aware of what our beliefs and thoughts are. Sometimes we learn things which are either not correct, not true, or simply just not the best way to do something. Once we acquire new knowledge we have to be able to fix our world view through the process of unlearning.
